Dear Members,

 We cordially invite 2 representatives from each cultural groups and individuals who are interested to volunteer for the annual Kelowna Folkfest events.

One of the significant agenda items for this AGM is the election of the executive committee. The following positions will be open for election:

Chair

Vice-Chair

Secretary

Treasurer

Public Relations Director

Two or more Directors

Please rest assured that we have individuals willing to stand for most of these positions. However, if you are interested in contributing your leadership skills to the executive committee, we welcome your candidacy.

Your presence and involvement in the AGM will help shape the future direction of Kelowna Folkfest. We look forward to seeing you there.
